"Chennai Express" arrived on screens with lot of expectations and obviously managed to surpass even beyond the expectations with huge profit. "Chennai Express" is really doing very well till now in fact it's a record breaking train.It has already achieved many miles and just few more records are remaining before this film rewrites history.
Again, the "Chennai Express" started with low occupancy on Saturday and with the day film it kept increasing almost across the board. Film did well in major cities like Mysore, Nizam, West Bengal and Bihar but unfortunately the film is not preferred by audiences in big cities like Delhi and Mumbai due to over exposure in week one and release of Akshay Kumar's OUATIMD.
According to the early estimates, "Chennai Express" should collect around 7.35 cr nett today which means film has collected 170 cr nett plus in 9 days. Now film looks certain to cross 179 cr nett by end of tomorrow and 193 - 195 cr nett should be minimum target for the film by end of week 2 considering holiday for Rakshabandhan on Tuesday. That gonna leave only 10 cr more for all time record in coming 3rd and 4th week which is not difficult in any aspect.
